At VM Platform, we genuinely value each of our clients, and while it is always disheartening to see cancellations, we recognize that there are circumstances in which a service may need to be discontinued.
To cancel a service:
- Goto My Account-> My Orders, or click here
- Click on the service in question
- In the left hand menu, click on Request Cancellation
- Fill out the reason for your cancellation, and select the Cancellation Type
- Tick the disclaimer box (specifying no refund will be given)
- Click on Submit
If you accidentally created a cancellation request, or changed your mind, please contact our Billing department.
